Are you looking for a company to help you with construction? I recommend Terrazzo Construction, Inc. Around the same time last year, I talked to the president, Steve Canales, about an addition of a room, bathroom, and a working kitchen/patio. He helped with the planning stages, designing blueprints, securing permits, building, and painting the new addition. He promised to finish the addition in 3 to 4 months. The construction started the last week of January 2023 and was finished the first week of May 2023. It was delivered as promised. I am happy with the workmanship of the new addition and the professionalism of his construction management. Steve is approachable and accommodating.
